Ques...'Is that a flute in your pocket...?' Question asked at WBC09 by a less than tactful blogger to a gentleman farmer pouring his wine during the speed tasting. Quivira continues to make some of my favorite wines, and I always set aside time for a visit during each trip out that way. In fact, during my last (very quick) trip, Quivira was only one of two wineries I visited - and the cherry on top was meeting the infamous (I emphasize infamous) Ron 'The Hosemaster' Washam.
